SAM is short for System Administration Manger. It is a fully integrated contacts and exchange trading system which can be used by any membership or trading network including LETS Systems (Local Exchange Trading Systems), Time Banks and Skill or Resource Banks. SAM is basically an open and ethical banking system, classified newspaper generator and superb contact manager all in one. SAM can be used by any group who wish to share their skills, goods and services in an open, transparent and fair way.
