System Maintenance Screen

Fully customisable set-up screens to set many design parameters.

Complex and repetitive routine tasks can be carried out at the press of a button

  • Removal of lapsed member ads.
  • Global spell check – spell checks all tables – no more embarrassing speiling : )
  • Create e-mail to all active members.
  • Find unbalanced transactions
  • Apply Transaction charges (optional)
  • Apply Service charges (optional)
  • Create Statements.

Set-Up tasks allow you to design your local system according to your own criteria with the SAM setup configuration wizard.

  • Name of System
  • Currency Name e.g. Acorns, Hours etc
  • Set administrator account
  • Service charge set-up
  • Award bonus to buddies of new members.
  • Unchargeable system accounts
  • Set Exchange Limit rules. E.g. the Exchange Limit can be set to plus or minus 200 units or 10% of turnover (whichever is highest). This means that a member who has traded 3000 tokens can then earn or spend up to 300 units. Fully automated.
  • Create or Edit directory headings and sub headings. SAM comes with a default set of classifications for you to change or add to. Directory items are then automatically sorted and formatted to suit your own design.
  • Development Suggestions allow you to suggest future improvements for all SAM users to share.
  • Distribution Reports – (optional) creates a summary of distributors and addresses.
  • Backups and Restores to floppy disk for portability.
  • Edit System messages allows you to customise messages on members statements e.g. Members without ads can be reminded to place new ones. Members exceeding their exchange-trading limit can be encouraged back to balance.
  • All of these features are optional.
